THERE ARE SEVERAL THINGS I LIKE ABOUT THIS FIREPROOF DOCUMENT BAG. IT IS STURDY AND WELL BUILT, ROOMY BUT NOT OVERY BULKY. I THINK I COULD REALLY GRAB AND EASILY CARRY IT IN AN EMERGENCY. THE MATERIAL IT IS MADE FROM SEEMS VERY STRONG AND I LIKE THE FACT THAT THE OUTER FLAP HAS PLENTY OF VELCRO TO READILY CLOSE TIGHTLY, BUT ALSO THAT THE INNER COMPARTMENT IS CLOSED WITH A ZIPPER FOR DOUBLE CLOSURE SECURITY. LASTLY SINCE THE BAG IS BLACK THE WIDE YELLOW REFLECTIVE TAPE COULD PROVE ESSENTIAL FOR IDENTIFICATION BY FLASHLIGHT IN THE DARK. THE HANDLE AND CARRYING STRAP BOTH ALSO SEEM STURDY AND WELL DESIGNED. I'M NOT SURE WHAT THE SMALL SEPARATE WALLET BAG WILL BE USED FOR BUT MAYBEIT WILL FIND A USE ALSO. ALL IN ALL I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE AND THOUGHT IT'S PRICE VERY GOOD.

This is the perfect size for your necessary documents and valuables in case of emergency.Included inside is a smaller pouch for passports or cash. The outside of the case has reflective stripes which makes it easier to find in the dark.I’m not sure how well it would protect from fire or water but it’s a good go to bag nonetheless.The price was very affordable for the size and quality, especially when comparing with other bags on line.I definitely would recommend!

Overall, this is a sturdy and large bag for holding papers and memoirs that you might want to protect from disaster. It is a decent thickness and not too heavy, so it could be good if you needed to bug out. I didn’t want to try burning it, so hopefully I’ll never know if that aspect works.I’m dubious about the waterproof part. Mostly because of the zipper. I just don’t see how it’s going to keep out all water. Hopefully, I’ll never find out. I’m still keeping it because that’s not my primary concern and I think if I wrap things up well I can protect against that.I really like the little pouch. I think it is kept inside the main bag it should protest the most important things quite well.

This bag is light weight, large enough to fit your important documents. Fireproof and waterproof! Beats buying a heavy metal lock box that costs way much more and weighs a ton. Best price, best buy.

Living in California, the threat of earthquakes, looms over our heads. In the last several years wildfires have become the new normal. Never knowing when an emergency could strike that requires a vacuolation we’ve taken steps to ensure a quick escape with essential items, including paperwork. I like the fact that the bag is wild fire and water resistant for a good period of time with both the zippers and Velcro, as well as the fire, retardant protective coating. The reflective stripes would make it easy to find in the dark or smoke-filled conditions. The only thing that’s lacking is a zipper in addition to the Velcro on the small money pouches. The two pouches on either side of the bag provide extra storage and an addition to the handle there’s a great shoulder strap, making this is my favorite go bag!

I came to Amazon looking for a safe deposit box for our important documents, passports, birth certificates, etc. We have moved several times over the years, so we were looking for something easy to identify as “the place we keep our documents”, and also something that would be protected in the event of a fire or weather emergency. This easily portable bag is so much better than a stationary box! I love that there is a carry handle and shoulder strap, and the reflective strip was a great idea if you ever need to grab it in the dark. There is more than enough room for all of our documents, and the small pouch is nice, along with 2 small pouches on either end of the bag. This was a great purchase, and great value for the price!

Fortunately, I haven't had a fire or flood (knock on wood!), so I can't rate this item on those. I can state that it appears to seal up very well, is fairly spacious and seems sturdy. I like that there are reflective strips to be able to see this case easily. I feel better that my important files and papers are safer and portable in case of an emergency.
