Great idea VERY POOR QUALITY
Awesome idea, but it was built cheaply. Bezal arrived cracked and diaphram is poor. Both made of CHEAP plastic. Save your money and buy a Littmann or an Eko.

Decent quality sound
I am an anesthesiologist. I initially gave this a low score for sound quality, but I was contacted by their customer service who suggested that the bone conduction headphones that I was using typically did not provide enough low frequency. I would not rate it as good as the littmann cardiology 3 that I have been using for many years, but with decent earbuds the sound quality is adequate for heart sounds and the murmurs that I encountered in a couple of clinical days. Higher frequency sounds like breath sounds, it does a pretty good job at. Pairing with earbuds directly instead of using the app was not as good of an experience; I think that it defaults into the extended range mode which tends to overwhelm low frequency sound, and it can get slow to re-pair after turning it off to speak to the next patient. It worked well as a precordial to monitor respiration in e.g. sedation, although nasal cannula with EtCO2 is available in almost all locations where I practice, occasionally e.g. a mouth breather makes that not work well. Its 2 hour battery life limit its usefulness in that application, although maybe I could connect it to a battery pack. I could see a similar application monitoring respiration during emergence.

Hearing Impaired Blood Pressure Fix
First class! My wife's heart sounds come through Too Loud in my RAZER Gamer over-the- ear headphones! I have to keep the volume at less than 50%. I wear behind-the-ear hearing aids and my hearing is too weak to use a regular stethoscope. With my RAZOR headphones paired to my phone first, then paring the Stemoscope PRO, heart and breath sounds are super clean & clear. I was a firefighter and this set-up would work perfect in high noise, chaotic environments where it was critical to obtain a patient's blood pressure or ausculate lung sounds. A sturdy case for the Stemoscope would be a must have. Great product.

Great idea, but needs work
I love the idea, connects no problem, can hear bowel, heart, and lungs but you can also hear EVERYTHING in the room or near you. There’s a lot of back feed. Returned it and went back to old faithful.

Really poor design/engineering/manufacturing.
This is a low quality product with paid sponsors talking it up. The build quality is incredibly poor. Lots of ambient noise picked up. It also produced a tinny sound along with lung/heart sounds indicative of a bad quality engineering. It comes in the flimsiest little box that just foreshadows what is to come when you power it up. Save your money folks. Run, don't walk away from this poor excuse for an electronic stethoscope.

Perfect for my use
I am an NP in a busy Family Medicine clinic. I had surgery ,so I couldn't put my stethoscope in my left ear for weeks. The Stemoscope goes either to my Bose ear buds or my hearing aid. Easy to use right put of the box. FDA approved. I like that I don't have to put my head so close to people who may be easily frightened or someone who doesn't appreciate anyone invading their personal space. The sound is very clear for both the heart and lungsI'm very happy I purchased this- at first for my immediate special need - but now I won't be going back to a traditional stethoscope.

Didn't work as I'd hoped
I purchased this for EMS but it didn't preform as I'd hoped. It may be fine in a clinic situation but would pick up everything but breath sounds while in back of a moving ambulance. Also, it would connect to my hearing aids but only through the app on my phone. That wasn't very practical in an emergent situation. It would connect to Bluetooth earbuds easily though. I am glad I purchased through Amazon instead of directly from the manufacturer because of ease in returning for full refund.
