Yes. I have flat feet and paid a lot of money for “prescribed” insoles and they wouldn’t support much all day and they would last as long. I got these in April last year (2021) and ever since then my knees, lower back (which I have kinda of chronic pain) hurt a lot less or no pain at all.

Q: How does one orthotic be a “one size” fit all shouldn’t be more specific? One for high arch, one for flat feet etc.

I think that as we age and put on additional weight our arches have a tendency to flatten out thus the term flat feet! I can only tell you about the experience that I had with this problem! I was tired of paying 400.00 for so called prescription orthotics and decided to try these out! I am more than satisfied with this product with it’s minimal cost,

I'm curious about this, also. The package or manufacturer say nothing about it. They won't fit in my size 9 shoes, too long.

insoles with high arches can make your feet hurt for the first few weeks. they usually tell you to start by wearing them for 2 hours a day, then after a few days, go to 3 hours a day, then 4 hours and so on. after you can wear them comfortably for 8 hours a day, you can wear them as long as you like. it's a pain in the butt, but once you've done this with one set of high arch insoles, you shouldn't have to do this again.
