The patches work. They eliminate pain while you where them, and they calm down the clicking.

This is the only brand I have found that helped me. Sometimes they are a bit too sticky though and I have to be more careful about removing them.You need to place them as smoothly as possible because if you pull it up to replace it smoother it won't stick properly.

Love this company’s product. I have used other companies same product and they don’t work. These patches go on easily they stay even while sleeping and work for hours.

did not work for me but seems like a nice idea. i just never felt any relief. tried the whole pack but no help

So far - this product is working very well. I’m only on day two, but I have no complaints. I tried on one knee the first day and I was surprised so I put it on both today and so far I’m loving it. It stays in place as long as you don’t keep moving it or if you put it under something like leggings otherwise the corners might start to lift. Otherwise, good product.
