Only drink half a bottle or else it may b too much for you. Very neat idea, and very effective, back the dosage off by half.

Tasty energetic beverage!!
I absolutely love these! The flavor is great! There is no lasting weird aftertaste like most of the popular energy drinks. I like that the ingredients aren't infused into the drink until I break the seal and release them into the water. I would recommend these over any other brand.

Half the batch was no good, wasn’t even a powder looked like black mold in the top. The flavor was awful. By far the worst flavor we have had. Will not buy this kind again.
