I've tried many kinds of Psyllium Husk supplements, and this one is definitely the easiest to take. It has a very mild taste of sweet potato or Ube, and it doesn't affect your appetite at all. The tablet size (more like beads) is small, but they are not soluble on your tongue while you take them. It isn't painful but feels better during bowel movements.

Tastes a little weird. I havent seen any progress yet. My bowels movement are the same. I do pee more frequently.
