High quality, doing the job comfortably. I wear men’s size 13 and the large size didn’t fit the back of my shoe without curling. Medium fits right.

I have only been wearing the insole for about a week now, but it is much more comfortable than my previous heel lift.The length is great, but it's a little too wide for my shoes, so I’ll have to shave it down a bit. Other reviewers indicate they are easy to shape, so I’m not worried about it. I would suggest paying attention to the measurements more than the size of your shoe though. I can’t imagine the large size fitting in any of my shoes, and I wear a wide men’s 12.5 shoe. After looking at the width measurements after using them a bit, I think the medium size would have fit better for the width.They are also very affordable. I think I paid about the same price for a single heel lift from my physical therapist back when I first started wearing it. I have a pretty significant leg length discrepancy, so it’s great that I can buy the pair and not have to keep switching the lift back and forth between my most frequently worn shoes. I might get another set just so I don’t ever have to move them.I tried a couple other heel lifts when I purchased this set. This one was by far the best. The other ones I tried were far too narrow and/or uncomfortable. These ones are the best for me. They’re probably going to be the best for you as well.
