Works great for triceps, really works it a lot better than the rope... better to hang on to...

No dislikes regarding this product, so far all is good! The handles are well made and have a good feel to them for both large and small hands. The texture on the handles is a plus. They also have a bit of weight to them which is also a plus. Our members have been able to discover many new ways to use the cable machine with these... Excellent value!!!

Product came fast and exactly the attachment I wanted for our home gym. Works great

Bought these for my cable machine to replace the cheap plastic handles it came with. These are solid, nearly a pound each with rubber channeled grips so it's easy to grab the handle without losing your grip.
