We are using these for training another Communication Specialist in our comm center. They give the trainee an opportunity to listen in on the trainers conversation and learn from their actions. Then when it is time for the trainee to take the lead it allows the opposite to happen.The folks I have using them are super pleased with the product. They are a bit tight on the head but I am hoping that will self correct over time.

Product works as advertised.

Our office has purchased a couple different trainer headsets and this one is by far the best. It really is a plug and play. Sound quality and ease of use made it the perfect purchase to assist in the training of new staff.

I tried other more expensive options that didn't work as well as this one. Works GREAT with an Avaya 9508 phone.

These are a great tool for helping to train new employees with phone calls. Bought 3 sets and love them.

Useful training tool. One comment would be to color code the headsets so the supervisor picks up the right headset. We aren't in a company that stays on the phone all day so when the supervisor and the trainee would put the headsets back on, they sometimes had them backwards.

For someone that takes calls all day, this has created the perfect hands free solution with great quality both in the sound as well as audio.
