Obsessed!
It's not the easiest to install and the hardware is meant for brick. But once it's up, it's fantastic! I'm obsessed!

Got what I paid for?
Box has been opened and parts from others put in box! Missing a few parts and I had to drill holes to finish assembly. Its good for the price it sold for. I would buy a stronger one nest time

Awning for patio
Product looked nice when we received it but horrible !!!! to set up on our home then we had to call someone professional who does install them to help us as the folding arms came from the factory!!!! on (backwards) !!!! And cost us a addition !$150.00 to get this adjusted so we could open it up all the way on our home .We would of sent it back but it was more trouble to take it all down box it back up so we just did the next best thing and had it installed by a professional person .Material is good and color but sure wouldn’t recommend buying these to install your self as there not easy at all when they come from the factory not put together right in the first place .Was not happy with it sorry 🥵

So far so good!
When I ordered it the listing said 12'x10' but now it says 13' for some reason. 12'x10' is what showed up. Pretty easy to put together as long as you don't read too much lol the pictures are more helpful than the words. I did it myself but get a friend to help you get it up on your wall lol everything else is easy enough to do alone if you're a little handy. Seems like a lot of leverage at the mount so we'll see if it sags over time. But for now looks great!Definitely don't recommend this one if you get much wind. Also comes with the little wavy piece of fabric for the front. We just wanted to see what it looked like without it.

Not to be used when raining at all.
The fabric might resist water as advertised but when any rain lands on the awning is starts to immediately pool in the middle. After a few minutes of rain the awning droops in the middle with water. The marketing text includes: "... water resistance; An all-weather awning cover that can be simply cleaned with a wet cloth..." I think this awning can only function to block the sun and must be closed before any rain at all. I think the marketing text suggests it can be used when raining which certainly would be included in "all weather".Also, it was not easy to drill the masonry holes and install the anchors. Definitely requires some skills beyond the normal DIY assembly of most items.

Ehhh wouldn’t buy again
When I received item it had many dents and paint was chipped. I went to return it and decided to keep it w a discount. I already knew the instructions were gonna be difficult. It honestly wasn’t as bad as I thought. It did take about 5 hours for my fiancée and I to put it together and fix it to house. You will definitely need two people to install it. I bought the 12x12. It looks great and I love the color. It seems unstable hung up however. Make sure you find a stud. If you are not handy it would be better to hire someone to install it or go with something else.

Seems well built
Hubby says: Awning was fairly straightforward to assemble, just remember that the instructions were written overseas. The mounting directions and supplied hardware are for brick walls but any hardware store has lag bolts for wall stud installation. Even with the 7-8" of side-to-side play of the 3 brackets to the support bar I was not able to align them with the studs. My solution was to bolt several 4' sections of treated 2x6's into the studs lengthwise across the wall, and then attaching the brackets to that. At 60 lbs it does take 2 people and 2 ladders to get it into position so plan accordingly. I think it came out pretty good. I would have liked a wider awning but it seems anything over 13' is commercial grade and much more $$$.
