Was not sure at first but it worked good. Item pluged in held tight.

These actually do work. We have several loose outlets. We just haven't had the opportunity to diagnose all of them and call out someone to fix them. These work great if you're just looking for a stop-gap while waiting to fix the outlets. I deducted one star because it didn't work in all of the plugs. One of the plastic pieces got bent up when trying to use it. I think it was mostly the outlet and not the product.

The little gadget is something I never knew I needed. It works great to just tighten up my outlets. It is so easy to use and it is a great value. They fit perfectly in the outlet!
