I love sesame treats but these just don't do it for me. They're not that sweet and are missing something to really make the sesame flavor shine. The texture is firm and dry, and almost stale-like. And it took a bit more effort to chew than I was hoping for. It just didn't really suite what I was looking for.

They are very fresh tasting. I like the texture of the black seed balls when I'm chewing them and the flavor is interesting being it's completely new to my palette. I just love trying new food items to expand my horizons. They are individually wrapped making it easy to just grab and go as well as keeping them fresher if I'm only wanting say one at a time. That and having them all in one pouch as far as snacks go I tend to go overboard consuming them. The one thing maybe would cause me to like them better is if they were a hair sweeter? Like I said I've never eaten these before so I'd imagine it's generally how they are supposed to taste.To pinpoint how they taste. They are crunchy very much so initially and then become chewy and the sesame flavor fills your mouth. Interesting snack and I am enjoying them.

I was very excited to get these because I absolutely love black sesame snacks. Unfortunately it let me down because it was very dry. It does taste like a typical black sesame snack so I am fond of the flavor. It’s just the texture and the dryness that’s going to stop me from eating these. I’ll probably keep them in my shelf and eat it with milk or something if there are no other snacks left at home.

Everyone enjoyed these, and they made a good Halloween treat unwrapped in a jar.

I like that these are individually wrapped, it makes for good snacking and you can easily add them to a lunchbox or something. They sort of remind me of a rice crispy treat if you made a rice crispy treat out of black sesame. I think for that reason I want them to have some sweetness but they don’t. They are fairly bitter. I think it’s just not my desired flavor profile. So you may like them but they’re not my cup of tea.

I love sesame anything but these gluten free sesame balls we’re not up to my taste as the were too dry even though the flavour was kind of ok but not the sesame balls I crave from a local store. It might be that the gluten free causes the dryness in these balls.
