Accupro AP-RC-432IP-120-1 Replacement
Replaced the Accupro AP-RC-432IP-120-1 with this this ballast and it worked perfectly. Almost exactly the same size as well so it fit with no adjustments in my light fixture. Now we'll see if it last longer than the other one did.

Excellent Choice
Used this ballast to upgrade from T12 to T8 bulbs in 2 existing 4 bulb fixtures about 4 months ago. Lights come on instantly and there is no hum or detectable noise. Light quality is also excellent with no "pulsing". Very pleased and the price was very reasonable.

The ballast I was looking for
There are so many different different lighting fixtures now its hard to find the ballast that I was looking for but with the picture along with the description I got just what I was looking for in no time!

I replace one just like it that lasted approximately 10 years
I replace one just like it that lasted approximately 10 years. Wiring was the same, so it was a very easy fix. Much better doing this than buying a whole new fixture. Reasonably priced and fast delivery.

Already having to replace it
I own a small retail store and when a ballast goes bad I climb up on my ladder and replace it. Turns out the one I replaced this past time was one that I had already purchased from Amazon and replaced. It couldn't have been up there more than 2 years. PS: Being a GE stockholder I hate to dump on a GE product but come on now.

Does its job well.
Converted a hard to start, 25 year old, 4 bulb, recessed, fluorescent ceiling light to instant start with T8 bulbs. Easy to do, just make sure you connect the sockets as shunted. Just the ticket. My wife thinks I am a genius (don't tell her the truth :)
