I have an intolerance to histermine in food and this stuff really helps me. This didn't work for me. It gave me a stomach ache. It turns out I'm sensitive to legumes. Also my Naturopath said that in his experience, the pea sprout doesn't work as well as the porcine kidney for those with MCAS. That seems to be the case for me. I would prefer pea sprouts for ethical reasons, but I need to do what's best for my health.
