I really want to love this car seat and give 5 stars as it is a great seat. Having that said, im finding the same issue as the other parents here.. every time my son falls asleep I want to badly just get rid of this seat or find a solution. For whoever wrote to make sure that settings are correct.. I have installed and adjusted it according to every letter in the manual and still.. as soon as he is asleep in that chair ( rear facing 10 month old) his neck is in his chest and he will make sounds breathing.Another issue we have is that the seat material seems to be extremely hot in summer weather although we cool the car before taking baby out he will be sweating and all wet on his back minute after sitting in the seat.For this price I’ve been having to try to find solutions for the seat such as a breathable mesh insert for the summer just not to toss this thing out.
