The flys don't go near it, just fly round it?? been up since Thursday. 30+and Friday. Flys every where by position in was mounted. Very poor product.

This works well as long as it's not windy, a bit of wind and the hanging strap breaks and down it comes, it looks ok so i suppose if you didn't mind hanging it indoors it would work

I placed the bag near my bins and it’s been there for 3 days. Not one fly has been attracted to it. I read the instructions and did everything it stated.

This works well! After reading a few reviews I wasn't expecting this to work until after a few days. However, day 1 there was 1 fly! I have loads in my garden so just the 1 tiny nuisance wasn't great. After another day or so, I scattered a teaspoon of brown sugar around the entrance to the trap and wow! Within a few hours there were 7 flies! Definitely recommend adding something sweet to lure them in. I'm a bit worried about maggots growing in there but going to try and ignore it and deal with how to throw it out in a few weeks time!!! It's lovely to be able to eat lunch in the garden again though without pesky flies getting in the way! If flies irritate you I think it's worth giving this a try considering the price. I do feel like they can escape though? I have seen one or two fly out but not sure if that's because they didn't fully enter the trap or if they managed to work out how to get out

This is rubbish!!!! More chance of catching flies with your mouth open. Been up 2 week not a single fly. DO NOT BUY

Don’t bother buying this! One fly in 3 weeks when I can clearly see there’s loads in the area, it’s a complete waste of money you’d be better buying blast spray cans.

We had this in previous years in the plastic tub version and although smelly, it did a great job. This version was slower to work but did attrack a lot of flies eventually. However, my low rating is because after not so long, it fell the the floor as was clearly not strong enough and broke and all the smelly dead fly bodies went everywhere. Super glad it was not on my patio!

The media could not be loaded. Great product. Just add water. Doesn't work immediately as it takes a couple of days for the ingredients to, let's say mature. Now after 5 days the Fly's find it irresistible collecting them by the hundred . Strongly recommend if fly's are a problem.
