Owlet products work with dual-band routers (2.4GHz and 5.0 GHz). For setup, both the Owlet device and phone or tablet need to be connected on 2.4GHz. Please refer to Owlet support for any questions during setup.

Q: What is Predictive Sleep Technology?

Predictive Sleep takes data like baby's age, the last time they slept, and how long they slept to calculate their next ideal bed time. Predictive Sleep tracks wake & sleep windows so you don't have to.

Q: What is Background Audio?

Background audio allows you to look at other apps or lock your phone and still hear audio from your baby’s room in the background.

Q: What is Cry Notification?

Cry detection is an Owlet smart notification that lets you know when baby is crying. Know if Baby is a little fussy, or if they need assistance getting back to sleep. Notifications allow you to adjust to your individual preferences.

Q: What are Video Clips?

The Owlet Cam 2 features video clips when sound, motion, or crying notifications are detected in Baby's room. Video clips are accessible for 7 days in the Owlet Dream App. From there, clips can be saved to your device and shared with loved ones.
