I got about 28 servings out of a 1 ounce jar using approximately 1/4 teaspoon of Matcha to 4 ounces of water.

I believe there is some caffeine in all legitimate teas, but, the amount varies greatly. According to the label one cup of this Matcha tea contains about same amount of caffeine in 1/3 cup of coffee.
