Q: Does this have sugar in it? And is this one better than the others he has?

It doesn't contain sugar but it says in the ingredients that it is made with sucrolose, which is a man-made sweetener which has been proven to be not very good for you either. You're better off trying something made with Stevia leaf.

Q: Is this ok even when not working out, meaning, will it cause weight gain? (i know some targeted "workout drinks", have extra proteins/calories)?

Haven't tried the drink myself yet but keep in mind it does have sucrolose which has been proven to not be very beneficial for people looking to lose weight.

They do not have sugar but are made with sucrolose, which is also not too good for you.

Ingredients are on the can on the promo page. They do not add a sweetener. Guessing they use the product labeled as the flavor, like acai, blackberry.
