Clear, easy to read numerals. Accuracy.
Excellent clock. Large clear numerals. Accurate timekeeping.Picks up time signal from NIST in Boulder Co.Remember to wait 24 hours after installing the provided battery for the clock to pick up the signal. Signal is strongest at night.

Great customer support
I live in Hawaii and the initial clock was auto calibration type. Of course did not work in Hawaii. I contacted the support staff who kindly replaced it with a manual clock at NO extra charge. The new one works as expected. Large dial, ideal for timing my laps.

JUNK CLOCK
This has to be the worst clock I have ever purchased. It never has the correct time. I have followed the instructions for resetting it numerous times - still incorrect time. I have tried in in numerous different locations inside and outside the house - still can't keep correct time. I have replaced the OEM battery with premium Lithium cells. When the hands rotate around, the second hand hits the minutes hand and stops. I wish it wasn't past the return window, because I would return it for a refund. This clock is JUNK! Don't buy and waste your time.

Had to re-edit this review after having it for a few days.... it does work. really does
Problem with this clock is that it doesn't seem to read the time properly... you hit the button for it to sync to the atomic clock... and the hands will sit at 12:00 waiting.... then randomly, it just sets it to a random time. Not really sure what it's basing it on but I tried twice and it was off by 38 minutes once and then 6.5 hours the next time. There is a manual set option which seems to work ok... but still....EDIT: OK, the first day I set the time manually using the Man Set button on the back for manual set. I purposely set it a couple of minutes ahead to see if it would correct itself. It didn't really right away... it seemed to gradually drift back to an accurate time as if it knew it was wrong.... according to the manual, if it can't get a signal, it will check every hour but it does check every day around 2am and 5pm.EDIT: Tonight I was up late after seeing it all day being exactly accurate to what time my computer said... .my PC is synced to the atomic clock on the internet, so that makes sense. But at 1am tonight, it advanced the clock hours itself to 12:00. I watched it to see how long it would take to get the time.... after about 10-12 min, I looked away and then noticed at 1:16am, it showed the accurate time.So yes, it DOES set itself but typically at night and it does attempt to set itself every hour also if it fails to reach it. I don't have it near the window... just above my TV set near the ceiling. If it doesn't match the first day, give it a couple of days and watch it sync. But first day, you really need to set it manually close to your current time... and you'll wake up the next day to have it match very well.

So Far, So Good
Disclaimer: This is one of those, "I just got it, and it works great!" reviews. That said...I must admit, I was somewhat hesitant to purchase due to a number of negative reviews, saying things like, "It won't set to the correct time.", "It doesn't keep accurate time.", "It worked for a week, then quit.", etc.The clock looks very nice, is large (14" diameter) and easy-to-read from quite a distance. It comes completely assembled (except for one AA battery - included) and a single sheet of instructions (read and follow the instructions!). I found it stupid-simple to set up: set your Time Zone (I live in the Dallas (TX) area - Central Time Zone). ) and whether or not Daylight Saving Time is currently in effect. Then press the Reset button for a few seconds (causing the clock to initialize itself to 12:00:00),Then you carefully place the clock in its desired location and leave it alone. For the first 4 hours or so, the clock was completely "off". But after that, it apparently locked onto the WWV radio signal (the so-called "atomic" time-keeping feature) and set itself to the correct time. Thereafter, the clock appears to keep very accurate time (it re-syncs itself about once an hour, I think).I have the clock in my garage and as far as I can tell, it's quiet. It has a seconds sweep hand, and if it makes a "ticking" sound, I can't hear it (some folks dislike clocks that make an audible "ticking" sound). All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase and can definitely recommend it. I encountered none of the issues reported by some customers. Since it works fine, I can't comment on their Customer Service. Now, as for durability and longevity, time will tell (no pun intended). I'm very happy with the fact that this clock sets itself, syncs itself to the WWV broadcast, keeps accurate time, and automatically compensates for the changeover to/from Daylight Saving Time (woohoo - that's one less clock to set!).

This is a Great Clock
I love this clock, it is everything I hoped it would be; large and visible, accurate adjusting itself to the right time as presented. The instructions are good enough to get going, however, there is a bright yellow and red card inside providing a support phone number and email address encouraging the precipitant to use for any question or problem you might have. I too encourage that. The support and response exceeds my expectations; instantaneous and most helpful. So, if you should have a question or be tempted to return the clock for any reason, I would encourage you to first use the support data provided. It is not a hassle like you may have experienced with other products.
