We recently switched to Caldesene Cornstarch Baby Powder with Zinc Oxide after using Boudreaux's Butt Paste Maximum Strength and the original Diaper Rash Cream for our twins. Amazing!! The only product that helped my sons mild but persistent rash. He had redness on his bum for over 2 weeks that no amount of creams or balm would help and I tried so many different brands. This is the only product that can keep his bum totally dry! Definitely messy and hard to apply but worth it.

I love that this doesn’t have that overpowering powder smell. It’s subtle and works great!

I usually use Amens powder on my daughter.i took a chance with this and I have to say it keeps my toddler smelling great even after-school. Very gentle on her skin and it actually lasted a few months. I ordered the pink one few weeks ago bcoz this one was out of stock..

Works much better than regular cornstarch powders and has a light refreshing scent that won't interfere with most perfumes. It has some "stick" to it so adheres to skin rather than it falling to the floor. It works very well for breast rash... Way better than pure corn starch to keep rashes and smell away. I docked one star because the bottle is small and you don't get a lot for the money. It lasts me between 2-3 weeks if using twice a day on a few parts of my body. They need to make larger bottles that are more economical.

I bought this after my son kept getting diaper rashes. We tried so many brands of butt pastes and they just didn't do the job.So it was time to try something different. I searched for a talc free baby powder and found Caldesene. We noticed improvement within the same day.We're so glad we switched to powder. My son has been rash free for about 6-7 weeks straight 🙌. I highly recommend this to treat and prevent diaper rash especially for sweaty babies in the summer!
