I personally love this playpen! I work as a receptionist n my job allows me to bring my puppy. She is a German Shepard mix husky. I got this product in April 2019 when she was about 2-3 months old. At my job all my visitors would first see my puppy n say “hi” then compliment how much they LOVE the playpen n asked me where I got it. It got to the point that I already wrote down the information of my playpen on a good amount of a stack of sticky notes lol. After a good 4 months, the playpen had served its purpose. I bought this knowing that it would be temporary. My dog just ended up figuring out how to get out haha. She’d somehow unzip the bottom n escape from underneath or just take that playpen for a ride by pushing it on the side and flipping that pen to the point where she can roll it to a different location in the house. Smart puppy...Pro: it is definitely portable. Easily foldable n assembled. The bag to carry it was extremely helpful. I was able to use this playpen as her kennel for alittle bit too. Easily washable. The top and bottom I threw in the washer machine and air dried it. The body of the playpen I just wiped it down. Netting is stable.Con: the body of the playpen can only be wiped down by so much. I would wipe it down constantly but the stench of her business still lingers. If your puppy is hyper active, don’t leave them in too long. My puppy was super active so there were times of her scratching n biting the netting. Few little holes but she did NOT destroy it (surprisingly). By the time she starting flipping the playpen, she would make accidents on the netting so THAT is EXTREMELY difficulty to clean. Also with her flipping it around, the sturdiness of the structure on the body started bending alittle rather being straight (as you can tell I used it a lot)All in all this was a great idea and very useful. Again I bought it with a set mind of it being temporarily. I didn’t think it would last me 4 months. It was great while it lasted 😢 I will miss itMy 1st 2 photos was when I just got the playpen. It took me forever to choose which of these I wanted. Seriously, it took me about 4 months! I had such a hard time choosing because there were so many mixed reviews on each one and there are about 25, or more, different styles, sizes and brands. So many reviews of torn fabrics and broken zippers and they scared me. Plus, some of the prices seemed outrageous. I finally settled on this one becausebthe orce was fair, the size was decent and the reviews seemed pretty good. I am very satisfied! Now, we’ve only had it for about a week and our 10lb chihuahua has only used it twice so we’ll see how the fabric and zippers hold up. So far though, it’s fantastic. It’s actually larger than I expected. I’m a 5’1 woman and I can crawl into and fit in it, laying down and curled up, easily. Our girl has plenty of room to play, roll around and even jump a little. Her bed, food and lots of toys fit in it comfortably. It is super easy to open and fold back up. It just pops right open and the top and bottoms easily zip on and takes less than a minute to fold back up and easily stores right back in its bag. Very convenient for travel!

I’m not sure what to think about all the 1 star reviews. I typically look through most reviews on products before I order, but this one came recommended by a close friend and I had seen it set up in her home. I have a new 8 week old shorkie, she is very very tiny. So far it has been perfect for her. I ordered the medium and it is the perfect size to include a pee pad (folded in 1/2), her little crate, a small food and water bowl, and an extra blanket and toys. There is a lot of mesh around the sides which is great for airflow and so that she can see. I can’t imagine leaving any kind of bigger or destructive dog in for too long because of the mesh. Of course it would get torn up! I don’t think this would be a good option to leave a dog in while you go to work, but when I need some hands-free time and don’t want Olive to get herself into trouble I’ll pop her in with some toys and she’s good. I do let her sleep in the playpen at night after she’s had a lot of exercise and is completely worn out. I would recommend!

This product has really exceeded my expectations. First off, it came in a super handy carrying case. It was really easy to assemble (unfold) and then refold again. We used this to corral 3 cats while we sold our house. We added a small litterboxes, a bed and a couple of blankets. It was a little tense at first, but after just a few minutes two cats were calm. The third cat actually came back to be included in the fun. After a few weeks of people coming and going from our house, the cats now view their time in the "Octagon" as safe, it is now their hiding place of choice. The reason I only gave it four stars for sturdiness is no fault of the product, it is simply nylon and flexible posts, but the zippers are sturdy, the walls are well sown and the top/bottom panels are really easy to attach. This has been a great find. We also use it in hotel rooms when we travel and the cats go along. BTW, our little puppy likes it too and wonders why she is not included.

I really liked the easy of packing in the car. Takes up very little room. I have a silky terrier and mini schnauzer and they both fit in the pen and have room to move around. The pen is easy to put together but I do have a little difficulty folding the panels so it will lay flat. I wish there was a way to tie the pen to a table leg or some structure when up in the house so when the dogs jump up on side it doesn't flip over. Just for more stability. If it was used for one dog it may not do that but with two it has a tendency to tilt. I have been looking for something to travel with instead of the heavy metal pens that are heavy and takes up a lot of room in the car. This fits the bill.
