Baught for cutting out locks perfect.

Not the quickest cutter but it’s done a lot of cutting and still holding it’s own. Fits my Makita multitool …update 2 months later and this is still cutting like new. It’s had some amount of use

These really are head and shoulders above the cheap blades I'm replacing. Some of those failed on the first cut, the Fein are lasting far, far longer.They cut cleaner and more accurately and are less likely to burn as you go.One star docked for sheer expense, but if you want a neat job done with a blade that will last these are your choice.

A bold statement, I know. With Starlock, you are severely limited in blade choice (I went with it as I had already committed to the Bosch Pro battery system).They will blunt on hitting concrete just as quickly as all other blades I have tried on my previous multi-tool (I am a joiner and sometimes you are forced to cut wood that is attached in some way to masonry). They will however, go through wood like butter in a way that the cheapy blades won't.On a par with Bosch blades in this regard at alot less cost.

I needed it for cutting a recess for small magnetic lock. It involved plunging straight down into solid wood 1.5 inch. It was like cutting a butter with a hot knife. And the blade still looks like new.
