3M VFlex 9105 N95 Particulate Respirator

This mask filters smoke. Smoke particles are just slightly larger than a virus. These are the easiest mass to breathe in I have used, and I have tried about 15 different manufacturers. They cover the face very well and they have a very strong aluminum nose piece, the strongest one I have used on a mask. The nose area is well padded. I usually buy the stick-on aluminum strips for all of my other masks, but these don't need it. When I first got these, they were so easy to breathe and that I thought there was no way they could work. But they do filter smoke which proves they work.These masks are packed all in one bag. They are meant to be used in an industrial setting so are not individually packaged. They come with two rubber straps. I remove one of them because I find one strap works well.

Made it through the pandemic with these without getting COVID; notwithstanding, lecturing to hundreds of students in class and labs. Best for lecturing--I've tried them all.

The most comfortable, and I have tested 6 different masks. Plus lay flat so taking a few to put into a purse or glove box is space saving. Last a long time too!

I think this is a kids size. Seems a lot smaller than the ones I used to own

I bought a few boxes of this mask in February 2020 and leaving this note now in May 2022. I have to say that this is THE BEST N95 mask that I've tried (many 3Ms, Honeywell and some other brands)! I teach classes in college and have to wear it while speaking loudly non-stop for 2 hours, and this is THE ONLY mask I can actually breath. Other masks are fine for the first 10 minutes of teaching and then it's becoming harder and harder to breath while talking. It was so difficult to purchase this specific model in market since the pandemic started and I ended up saving this model only for teaching and wore other types of masks else where.

I am 6'2", but I specifically bought this for my brother with autism, who is only 6' tall, but somehow has a larger head.Someone promised that this was perfect for large heads, but I wore one of these while I had my brother wear the only XL KN-94 masks that I could still find--and it didn't stay on my face.Today, I had him wear the 9105 while I wore the one he wore the last time, and I stopped halfway to the restaurant because the top and bottom immediately started moving.I traded him and needed to keep adjusting it.It looks stupid, this is the only mask that I have tried with simple elastic straps that could get caught in your hair, and somehow I have a terrible time separating them on the back of my head so one can go across the back and one can go behind my head, but what difference does it make when both straps are attached to the same point?

Based on my research these are authentic n95 masks. They're as comfortable as these come, which isn't saying much because who likes wearing n95s? But it was a great value.

In general they appear authentic. But they arrived with dust inside and outside the box. They are packaged inside plastic in two lots of 25? I could live with that but unless you have a head the size of a grapefruit, good luck.
